PDF Creation Software For Your Blogging Needs
The trend in blogging today is to not only build a RSS subscriber base, but also offer some kind of e-book for free in order to get your subscriber’s name and email address. While the toughest part for some may be to create the content itself, the most expensive part is definitely in converting your MS Word document to Adobe PDF.
Adobe PDF Professional costs between $250 - $400 in Amazon.com depending on which version you buy. Unless you’re planning to venture into the e-book business, there’s no need to pay that much for creating an e-book.
Yes there are free alternatives, but these are always limited in some way or another:
- Some free PDF software do not make the hyperlinks clickable
- Some do not have content protection capabilities, so people can just copy text from the PDF and paste it into their own Word document
- Some free PDF software have limits on the amount of pages you can convert
One of the best alternative if you want to save time and money is to get eWriterPro. It’s a complete solution to create PDFs and it costs only $10.
Here’s how the main window looks like:

eWriterPro is not only a PDF converter, but also a Word processor. It’s built-in Word processing capabilities mean that you can even write your text or article within the software and turn it into PDF in a flash. It also comes with advanced security features just like Adobe Professional does, so you can protect your ebook content by creating a password.
You can either impose a password to open the document, or to enable extraction of content. Either way, this software is your best best for creating PDF documents for your blog or other needs. It just as good as Adobe Professional (for common uses) and it costs just $10.

Hello,
I purchased the eWriterPro ebook writer.. However, I was very disappointed. I see it as a step backward from using the one of the best products (OpenOffice.org) and least expensive (FREE)!
Not that eWriterPro is a faulty or a bad product.
My issue is, why would I use this program versus using OpenOffice.org Suite version 2.3?
Working with OpenOffice.org is the next best application to a dream product for an author to write, create and publish ebooks in either PDF or executable format!
It seems to me that I would appreciate the real alternative application for aspiring writers who truly desire to publish their material being offered the product that is one of the very best and least expensive. (Of which OOo is FREE).
I for one will not use the eWriterPro as it is a step in the wrong direction versus using OpenOffice.org Suite 2.3.
Please provide more publicity for aspiring writers that will enable their goals with such software applications as noted in the open source software OpenOffice.org.
Kindest Regards, B. Robert
I have to agree that openoffice is a great way of doing it for free, although I use a Word plugin called “BCL easypdf print driver” which allows me to write stuff on word and then just convert it to a full pdf quite easily, but it does cost a few $’s.
eWriterPro has been everywhere in the Free Giveaways since October at least, so who is paying for it?
