Peter Andre J03 is a light and airy two column theme with widget support and a nice, clean design. The colour scheme is mainly pale blue and white with a few green accents and black text.
The main navigation is tabbed above the main content column and the blog title and subtitle are at the top of the left hand sidebar. To avoid the theme being too plain, there is a band of pale blue on the background of the theme. A simple and clean theme which is hard not to love.
