Off course Brad now took the spot back by using links from his high ranking websites and 3 way linking. But, Jonathan still on the top 10, and keep holding top spot (by the writing of this comment) for the keyword phrase "Coolest Guy On The Planet" which was also Brad's spot. What doesn't work anymore is reciprocal links, Google is now tracking them... OK, the truth is that is a way to make it work. But, I recommend you to use 3 way link strategies, make a SEO plan to get One Way Back Links to your site from relevant web sites. Hope this help...
